Now, two days have come to past,
I’m wondering if this is the end
Or the start of something to last,
Because I’ve just lost another friend.

Don’t think I’m pushing away,
I’m striving to maintain strong
And encounter a way for you to stay,
Because I don’t keep friends for long.

I was always the most docile and nice,
And nobody assured docility as returned;
I’m the one people love to despise,
Because all I have is what I earned.

Somehow after all the pain,
I looked in your eyes and forget;
I may sound really insane,
Because I hurt and blamed me for it.

Somewhere from your little smile,
I have this rare sense of hope;
My pains and heartache were worthwhile,
Because my heart still can cope.

From your touch, voice and in your eyes,
I can clearly see where I want to be;
I can lucently see where our future lies;
Take my hand and I’ll let you see.

I’m completely amazed by you,
And I dare defiantly to not pretend;
After all I’ve been through,
I’m not going to give in to contend.

Take my hand.

You have made a way,
For me to be a man,
And to love again today,
Hopefully, over my life span.
